The installation is really bloated, and I guess only a tiny fraction of pyrosetta is needed for trRosetta to run -- i suggest unbundling these components. The current install needs > 1 h of install time and has many potential breaking points, which seems a shame given the quality of the program, and the barrier to adoption this creates.
