ServiceCatalog::CreateTypeServiceRelatedAcls: Setting Service to invalid deletes all ACLs where it appears #14

Description

@StefanAbel-OTOBO

When having a Service catalog and automatically creating Type -> Service related ACLs and you disable (invalid (temporarily)) a Service which appears in several of those ACLs, it deletes all those ACLs in total.
I as an Administrator expect the ACLs to be regenerated after deleting them
OR
I as an Administrator expect for the ACLs not to be deleted but just the Service to be deleted from it.
Also:
I as an Administrator expect the ACLs to be deployed automatically after setting a Service to invalid.

Steps to reproduce:

  • install ServiceCatalog
  • Activate ServiceCatalog::CreateTypeServiceRelatedAcls
  • Activate Services and Types and create some
  • Assign the types to the services and see the ACLs to be generated automatically.
Image
  • now disable on of those services and see all of the ACLs (where this service is part of) to disappear

I reproduced this on OTOBO (Docker) 11.0.11 with ServiceCatalog 11.0.4.
