Command Usage Clarification

When you use the help command to look up specific commands and their usage. At the bottom, you have a "Usage" section with the required parameters. I think if you added an example of the syntax it would help a lot.

Ex: ;encounter <psize> <plevel> <difficulty> <environment> - ;encounter 5 5 deadly water

It would also be nice if there was a variable with set options, like "deadly" or "environment" in the example above. That all the options for those variables are listed in the help comment for that command.

Maybe we should implement our own help parser and clean up how we handle information distribution.
