Test rgb od script in OT2

I've tested this script (scripts/run_iGEM2022_rgb_od_libre.py)
There is an issue with the serial dilution: the final 100uL (from column 11) are dispensed into column 12, which is supposed to contain buffer only. The final 100uL should be dispensed into a liquid waste container or the fixed trash at deck position 12.
Also, I had to change the mount location of the p100 to right instead of left. Maybe this should be an optional argument to provide? It'd be cool to have a config file that users can modify for their specific machine set-up.

The analysis algorithm dont use the final columns, so to dont use the trash or extra trash tube I dispensed it in the final column. Did you use it for something? If the calibration worked for you let me know to close this issue.
To change the pipette position there is an argument to do it easily, iGEM_rgb_od(pipette_position: 'right')
