Config file not applying on server-side!

Hello!
Today I noticed that the config file for your mod does not apply correctly while being adjusted on the server-side.
While I had the mod installed I wanted to retain the basic recipes from AE2 on the server.
When I changed the config on the server-side and restarted the server from scratch, the config did not apply as it should.
Meaning the AE2 recipes did not appear as normal and were still being swapped for the create ones.
