Make sure to add test for this new behaviour too. E.g. a place where there would be spike and then consistent activity, make sure it just detects all as uptrend.
This will be useful for digital marketing active countries that have a big spike at start then continue with consistent spend afterwards.
Currently the initial jump gets triggered as noise then flat sometimes, missing out on great test periods for ITS Analysis.
This potentially will be further improved also with relying on noise detection from other columns such as sales response.
