Small bug report - I believe sprite_update() in sprite.c should take x & y values as 16-bit integers.
from:
void sprite_update(uint8_t i, uint8_t x, uint8_t y)
to:
void sprite_update(uint8_t i, uint16_t x, uint16_t y)
