Publish as maven Dependency

Would it be possible to publish the core functionality as a Maven Dependency?
That would make it easier to be included in other software projects.

- It would be great to split it into maven modules, e.g.
  - transparenzsoftware-validation (contain core validation logic)  
  - transparenzsoftware-gui (executable gui / software)
