Dockerised controller disconnects from rabbitMQ on GAE

I've been testing the dockerised implementation on GAE1 following #13. We get disconnected from the rabbitMQ server, which I assume is due to a timeout (when the callback takes too long). I think this can be solved by changing from a blocking connection to selectconnection, see https://pika.readthedocs.io/en/stable/intro.html

I haven't got to the bottom of this yet. For now I've added restart: unless-stopped to docker-compose.xml so it restarts on GAE. It's happily running in gae01/emap-dev/waveform-controller, with the occasional restart.

Are you sending ACKs or NACKs? I see you have auto_ack=False so you probably do have to do one or the other. NACK with requeue won't remove messages from the queue.

I think I'm sending ACKS after I've written to csv.
