Scoop installer support

Would it be possible to publish a scoop installer for Windows? So that we could simply install it on Windows using scoop install credential-digger?

This makes installing the VSCode extension dependency much easier.

Hi, thank you for your interest in the project.
Please note the tool is not compatible with Windows yet. So, this can issue be worked on after #52 is solved
