Slow/buggy Jobs

When I use WE, all I do is very slow, block placed one by one. and the top are invisible (on the screen it should be grassblock but invisible)
I have to interact with the block to show it.
Same with smooth, nothing change If I don't interact with the block.

//cut doesn't cut, let some area with their block have again to interact like right click on them to make them disappear.

I would start by checking the log. Without it I cant help.
