Data: ESPM Meter Data Import - Doesn't recognize Portfolio Manager ID as PM Property ID when it is the 2nd field.

When importing meter data downloaded from ESPM, the field order in those files, for all three tabs, is

• Property Name
• Portfolio Manager ID

I think SEED should (and used to based on my original meter import docs) be able to understand that the 2nd field is the PM Property ID, but now, when it is not the first field, SEED generates an import error.

When I move the Portfolio Manager ID as the first field in all three tabs, the file imports without issue.

We should probably fix this, so that SEED can import the file as it is exported from SEED, rather than requiring the user to change the field order.

Could you elaborate on what error you're receiving? I've been unable to recreate this issue. This is my current procedure:

• Import JCC_ESPM_clean.xlsx (I'm happy to share the file, but I'm not sure if this public data)
• Column A header is "Property Name", column B header is "Portfolio Manager ID" in all 3 tabs
• During import, map Portfolio Manager ID to PM Property ID
• After property import, import meters from the same file
• No issues...

I also swapped cols A and B on all 3 tabs and was still able to import property / meter data.
