The usage note to the class Evidence Type List states clearly that there is "an AND condition on the different Evidence Types within the list and an OR condition between two or more Evidence Type Lists."

However, in the example "Entitlement to marry" in 10. Examples, line 23 cv:hasEvidenceTypeList ex:evidenceTypeList1, ex:evidenceTypeList2 ; does not say OR.

Therefore, please modify the example such that a Catalog of Service, machine-readably, can know and thus present to its users that there is an OR condition between the two lists.
