At the Brussels region we are working at the creation of an application profile for the organizations located in Brussels area.

I have a question concerning link between public organization in the meaning of CPOV: is there relation to describe or to express dependency links between an organization and another one (link between an hospital and the health administration or bewteen public transportation company and the government)?

I cannot find anything like this. Do you think that this would be an asset in such a data model?

the link you are referring to depends on the type of agreement between the organisations that can be established within the boundaries set by legislation.

A generic one would be the one defined in Organization Ontology as OrganizationalCollaboration but as you can see from the definition is not per se a legal entity.

In CPSV-AP, there is a Service Concession Contract for the provision/execution of public services on behalf of a public organisation.

Do you have in mind any particular relation ?
