The site SIMBAD lists the RA & dec of 28 Sgr as 18 46 20.6109922296, -22 23 31.823445372, which, when converted to decimal degrees, are 281.585879 and -22.392173 degrees, respectively.
The RA values from the two different sources are different by a full ~30 degrees, and we should track down why this is the case.
