Modify Mass Action Scheduler page for API Authentication Setup

Mass Action Scheduler is also open source, and provides an existing visualforce page and controller that sets up a stored credential, remote site, and connected app automatically for the user. All of these will be necessary for deploying apex tests over the Tooling API and Metadata Management for non-admin users.

The page and controller are currently in the repository

• Update branding
• Add a nice hat-tip to Doug Ayers for the quality code
• Validate changes that have already been made to ensure auto-created configuration does not conflict with MassActionScheduler setup
