[BUG] - Checkbox Field Not Displaying on Guest Questions

Describe the bug
I added a checkbox field to the guest's questions, and the question label shows up but the actual checkbox is missing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a new summit events question with the question field type = checkbox, is visible = true, and mapped to a checkbox field.

Expected behavior
For both the question label and the checkbox to display.

I couldn't replicate the same issue, maybe I'm in the wrong place. I can only see these types:

I am on the summit events question object actually, not the additional questions section. Forgot to clarify that!

I was able to reproduce the bug.
This occurs when question is "Guest" type. We don't have checkbox implementation in SummitEventsRegisterGuests > guestRegistration.js > buildInputBox()
