Pan-genome analysis #19
Description
The pan-genome analysis is a bit too basic/short. It'd be nice to modify and add an epidemiology perspective.
The new lesson ideally would make the students investigate a fake outbreak and search for differences between pathogenic and non-pathogenic strains.
