Finite strain edge curves are broken

Our implementation was fixed to Nutils 4, which is now amazingly old. So old, in fact that it requires distutils - which Python has now removed from the standard library. The next Nutils version that works without distutils is Nutils 9, but on that version, the finite strain edge curve tests don't converge.

I've disabled the tests for now, but we should figure out why it's not working.
