Basic user guide for DG members

Just wondering if it would be worth issuing a 1 page user guide for DG members covering issues such as:

- Creating issues
- Creating pull requests

I've had DG members download the PDF created by HTML-pub, convert it to word, type in changes and comments and send it back.  This is difficult to then rectify against the HTML.
