Install ANDI link using JAVA script is not working

I recently had my PC upgraded to Windows 11. I know that ANDI not directly related to the OS but for some reason My old PC is running Windows 10 and the ANDI bookmark is working and the same bookmark is import into my Chrome browser and it is not work. I checked all the javascript and third-party cookies. All of the features are active. Any help will be appreciated as to why ANDI is not working?

A few things to try:

• try to delete and manually recreate the bookmark
• try using different browsers
• try it on different websites
• Check the F12 dev tools console and see if there is an error message after launching ANDI

Simply using Windows 11 should not be causing ANDI to fail.

try to delete and manually recreate the bookmark - I have deleted and add in the bookmark multiple time and it is still not working.
try using different browsers - based on the government agency I work for they are only allowed to use 2 browsers (Edge and Chrome). Both browsers experience the same issue,
try it on different websites - Does not work
Check the F12 dev tools console and see if there is an error message after launching ANDI - That is the issue there is no message occurring when executing ANDI from any site as if the JavaScript that start ANDI did not even ran.
Note: In the passed I did encounter the following message: "Chrome is moving towards a new experience that allows users to choose to browse without third-party cookies message in console"

Please follow this troubleshooting step here to see if your agency has blocked javascript bookmarklets/favelets from working at all:

Select "ANDI Isn't Working - Check if Favelets are blocked"

If favelets are blocked, you would need to contact your agency's browser admin group and request some kind of exception.

If you are able to access developer tools in the browser (F12), then I can recommend a way to launch ANDI without using a bookmark. Let me know.
