Install the list directly in the mods folder

It appears that CodeWalker.Core.dll allows applications to directly modify the game files, so it could be nice for users to be able to skip the OIV install completely.

So, I looked at CodeWalker.Core, and I managed to read the contents of the existing dlclist.xml file, but I couldn't find a way to save the modified file.
I asked the question on Codewalker's Discord, but no response so far...
