Release Convention

• All toiot's repository are set default branch dev. Release version must be set this repository in master branch. First, dev -> master merge and release.
• toiot / toiot-sink-node-driver / toiot-sensor-node-driver must be released same release version.

Since the 21st will develope the project, we want to merge the current dev branch into "0.0.1" and add the tag "20th".
what do you think about this?

When it is released in 20th tagged, it is difficult for outsiders to know. It looks good to release as 0.0.1 Release Beta.
