Need ability to express potential impact on TTPs and Indicators #391
Description
Currently its only possible to specify potential effects of an attack on an Incident object via the ImpactAssessmentType/Effects property. There needs to be a means to express the potential effects on the TTP and Indicator objects so that it is possible to add these same characterizations when there is no specific Incident being reported. Customers reply upon understanding the potential impact a TTP or Indicator that is applicable to their environment might have on them.
