stm32u3xx-hal-driver submodule has not been updated in the 1.2.0 release

The STM32U3xx_HAL_Driver driver Submodule has not been updated for the v1.2.0 release and is still pointing to the v1.1.0 release. I just noticed this in the open PR for the HAL repo in Zephyr.

Thank you for the heads-up. You're right. It still points on tag v1.1.0. We'll try to have this fixed soon enough hopefully.
