Missing exported functions in BSP drivers

Description
When creating a library incorporating the ST25DV BSP drivers from X-CUBE-NFC4, warnings appear on certain functions that are present in st25dv.c but not in st25dv.h.

Is this an omission or is it voluntary? If so, what is the justification?

Custom board, proven with different versions of X-CUBE-NFC4
STM32CubeIDE 1.11.2

Does the cause come from being in a library construction context?

This is the structure of BSP drivers.
For calling Init function, it should be called by structure "St25Dv_Drv.Init".
In case of call of "ST25DV_Init" function directly, the declaration of this function can be done in user file.
