Add Amazon EC2 support for VM hosting

Add Amazon as another cloud target in addition to Openstack.

Pkgcloud already has support for most of the VM lifecycle parts of this with the exception of EBS volume management.

I tried to set up this on an EC2. I was able to install the overseer on the EC2 and the Android client on a device, but svmp-server gave me errors. I saw the note about it not yet running correctly on an EC2 two years ago.

Is this project active? Do you have a sample server I could use with the client? I wanted to see what performance was like for thin-clienting mobiles like this, as it is an interesting idea.
