Install process results in No module named 'logging_utils'

Thanks for your issue. This is already fixed in v3.05.67 (commit 7837e6b).

The root cause was that pyproject.toml only declared 12 of the 28 top-level modules in py-modules. When installed via uv tool install . or pip install ., the missing modules (logging_utils, agent_runner, tools_fs, tools_shell, circuit_breaker, health, quota, jobs, bootstrap, tmux_tools, tools_web, tools_interaction, tools_notebook, tools_security, tools_diagnostics, memory), and the monitor package were not packaged, causing ModuleNotFoundError at import time. All runtime modules are now declared.
