Add a gui tool for viewing the logs

• One tab per log sink from the config
• reads the jsonl file - will ignore outputs with only txt output
• table view with one column per field
• ability to show/hide columns (persistent)
• automatic follow of the files
• persistent highlighting patterns
• persistent filtering expressions (exclude lines containing a filter)
