The old exet.executorMap still remains, instead of a new executorMap pushed in an update

The exet.executorMap helps the extensions to execute the appropriate command to run the file, but it's not updating as per the recent executorMap.

It may need to write some scripts to delete the previous executorMap in a system and add the recent one, or something
