FSM.js disconnecting flow is not sending DISCONNECT_REQUEST

Your question was found in the KNX repositories (EliasK). Faced the same situation, you need to break the KNX connection, but the disconnection does not occur
When reconnecting, I get a console Error [ERR_SOCKET_DGRAM_NOT_RUNNING]: Not running
