0.10.4: GUI hang on long disconnect

- GUI connected to CLI via API on same machine. 
- whirlpool-cli running in background
- deactivated wifi for about an hour then reconnected
- GUI became unresposive to logout/stop requests
- after closing wallet was failing to open giving the v2 onion error
- restarting computer fixed issue and mix counts reset
