.NET MAUI examples #369

Somewhere there needs to be some kind of MAUI example for the latest tooling.
- MAUI templates in VS 2k22 latest do not support any framework lower than .net 8
- Emulators crash not finding System.Runtime, and in any case how can we target older tvs?
- Cannot seem to downgrade the MAUI apps to make them compatible
- Docs are out of date, with walkthroughs for MAUI showing old templates and with incorrect info on how to get the çertificates working
- Cannot seem to get things published as selfcontained as a workaround either.
All in all the MAUI tooling is broken for Samsung stuff, going back to NUI or Forms
