[Light Bulb] Color Temperature is different

If the color Temp. is changed, The value on ioter is different from SmartThings. It can be improved as accurately as the light sensor once you refer to the code of light sensor.

As device type of light bulb is changed to dimmable light, color Temp control has gone, this issue has gone as well for a while. But once setting a initial value of attributes from ZAP or something get success, this issue should be fixed
