Emulator Manager is not getting installed on my Windows PC

I have installed Tizen Studio version 6.0 on my windows PC. From Package Manager, i have tried to install Emulator manager but it failed all the time. So please let me know how can i overcome this issue and able to install and use emulator on Windows PC. 

Windows PC Configuration is as below.

- Intel i7 8th generation 
- Windows 10
- Memory 32 GB
- Disk Space 500 GB
