Hi, I have tried several methods to make python2.7.X and R3.3.1 compatible, but still didn't work. For pyton2.7.x no longer support biopython and the docker images of pyton2.7.x were installed on ubunut12.04 platform. Would you like to offer a docker images?

Hi, sorry about the readme, try using python3, python2 is no longer supported. I already updated the requirements. (I don't offer docker images)
