Finding 1: Proposals Submitted Without Completing Previous Projects #3
Description
We noticed that there are a number of proposals submitted in fund 12 by teams that have not completed their projects from fund 9. This suggests that some teams are continuing to seek funding despite having ongoing projects.
This observation highlights the importance of tracking project completion and ensuring that teams are able to deliver on their commitments before seeking additional funds. It might be beneficial for us to consider measures that encourage timely project completion.
