I know you have been working on fixing this issue and released a fix but I still have the issue. I made a short vid that shows how the bug is still happening.

And I am using Bartender4 V4.17.3.

I know that 2/10/26 is the 12.01 patch so maybe it is fixed with that but I wanted to take the time to report this.

yikes! Thanks tons for the video. That looks exactly like the same problem caused by the SBA. We tested with & without Bartender, so, I don't think it's problem, but... does the problem still happen for you if you disable Bartender?

Also, I just thought of some other potential causes. If you're up for it, I could use your help please...

As a chat command, type in:
/etrace

You will see a bliz panel appear that shows events that are happening. It should be mostly calm with a few events happening every few moments. If it's NOT calm, can you tell what it shows, please? For example, the SBA spams non-stop ACTIONBAR_SLOT_CHANGED events.
