libcef access violation on Linux under Proton

When running Half-Life on Linux, using Proton Experimental (Windows version is 10), the mod initially runs but then crashes a second in. The crash log states that there is an access violation exception related to libcef and seemingly, filenames are not available even when the DLLs are there.

After further attempts, it seems to happen to other DLLs, too. This one is for dbghelp

This mod uses some Windows paths, hacks so it would be obvious there will be issues with Proton. When I get back to GSChaos development, I'll try to fix compatibility issues.
