VC3D - We might be missing overlapping patches / approved patches?

The annotation team encounter approved patches not being taken up by tracer.
This could be a bug in the tracer or the overlap detection or handling.
A hint: Large patches don't seem to have the correspondingly large number of overlaps one would expect (see image).

Summary

• I double-checked and applied a defensive follow-up fix in the overlap graph construction used by tracer growth: overlap links are now mirrored in-memory (A -> B also records B -> A) so one-sided metadata cannot block traversal/candidate expansion from the opposite direction. This specifically hardens the overlapping_map creation in grow_surf_from_surfs. volume-cartographer/core/src/GrowSurface.cppL1541-L1551
• Committed on branch work as faf78a2 with message: “Fix overlap map to include reverse links”.
