Create UI for Suggestion Item

Create an MVP first pass UI for the suggestions category item.
This should initially be a small button that will appear in the chat-like frame that will expand if it is a determine to be the "most likely to be helpful" category based on current transcription.

Once selected, this button should bring up the suggestion text, provided by the API

Yeah, either a button or i was also thinking the GM might get a 'private chat' with the ai where they can type instead of talk. But I like maybe both ideas.
