Create UI for Suggestions Container

Create an MVP first pass UI for the suggestions categories container.
This should be a simple container component that renders the list of category items based on the API return results.

The API will be returning a list of categories that should be relevant to the current transcript. The categories should be returned with a weight value of relevance. The highest relevance score should be the expanded category item.

The more I think about an mvp the more I think about limiting it all to only display one screen of info at a time. I'm also starting to reduce the scope to start to these categories for their immediate, universal and ephemeral nature:

1. Random Encounter Table
2. Shop Items Table
3. Scene vocabulary list
4. Ruling

Those categories seem the most approachable to me from a distance. Tracking persistent items, characters, plot, events, or other details require a complex session or campaign tracking.
