[Bug]: Customizing Fences/pastures

Description

When you buy a building with the option to customize its fences (fenceless pastures, e.g.) with usedplus you never have the chance to modify the preexisting pastures size/fences area.
Even if you disable the option to finance fields/vehicles the same applies.

Steps to Reproduce

Buy and place a building with customizable fences
When you place it, it skips the option to customize de fences and place new meadow or not.
