[Bug]: Debug mode button not available in the admin gui #49

Description
I am trying to troubleshoot some stuff and so I tried to check malfunctions via the "upMalfInfo" command via the console and it gives me a message that I need to "enable debug mode first (upAdminCP > State > Toggle Debug)
My understanding is upAdminCP is the Admin Panel. There is no such button or toggle in the admin panel. This same message comes up for all the up commands I tried using.
Steps to Reproduce
- Use the command upMalfInfo in console
- Open Admin panel from the UP page in the menu
- Check the State tab = No such button
