[Bug]: Vehicle stuck in repair

Description

Whenever I try to repair a tractor at the mechanics the time comes and goes and I still can't take my tractor, I have tried to leave if for a week or more without any success. This is when using the RVB mod, I was attempting to fix hydraulic issues (pulling to the left and implement seizure), in addition to this bug, these failures never actually affected the tractor, I never felt any pulling and the implement was able to raise/lower and turn without issue. I don't know if these failures have been properly added yet, so I am unsure if this is a bug or not.

In a previous save game, I had similar hydraulic problems where a repair just simply did not actually fix them, this was using the same mod version but without rvb.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a failure requireing repair (in this case hydraulic issues: pulling to the left and impliment seized)
2. Go to mechanic shop
3. Repair the tractor to 100%
4. Wait until the time given in the shop

There is really nothing in the log file to help here, very little info seems to be logged about the repair other than the hook being used. I have debug turned on in the core.lua
