- Remove relative path when installing
shtdlib.sh[DONE] - Initialize/update submodules [DONE - removed submodules as they are no longer used]
- Add error messages for unsupported versions of centos/ubuntu [DONE]
- Add convenience commands for run/build/dev

MOODLE_DATAROOTfor Dev vs Prod environments
