Use pre-built envs and --sema4ai / --bundled #54
Description
The prebuilt envs process in here:
https://cloud.robocorp.com/orgrobocorp/environmentprebuilds/processes
..is now also building the given python envs for --sema4ai side.
The --robocorp stuff goes to: https://cdn.sema4ai/holotree/bin
The --sema4ai stuff is under: https://cdn.sema4ai/holotree/sema4ai
..good to change the download url to this so we don't do this through CloudFlare anymore.
The "robocorp" is I did not touch, but I think the whole thing would be further simplified in the bot, but I just do not have the time right now.
