OSM short urls are wrong

Hello,

Since there were no commit since almost a year and a half, I don't know what is the status of this useful software.
I've just discovered it and found out that the OSM short urls sent by SMS are not computed correctly: coordinates that locate me somewhere in France generate a url that brings me somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean, close to south South America.

So the coordinates sent by SMS are accurate, but the OSM url found in this same SMS does not point to these coordinates.
It seems that the algorithm generating this url has not been tested before release.
