PMT compatibility upto Node.js v16.20.1 and MongoDB v4.4.23

I was able to install pmt with Node.js version 16.20.1 and MongoDB version 4.4.23. I was not successful with any newer versions.

Right now, the best approach to using the PMT is by starting it via docker.

Build the PMT as a docker container and start it, having a separate MongoDB (I used the default settings) running on your machine. To do so:

• check out the PMT project from GitHub via https://github.com/ShapeChange/ProfileManagementTool.git
• then, with docker running, invoke the following command in the folder to which the PMT was checked out: docker-compose up
