Software dependency installation error #3
Description
In section 2.4 of the README, there are problems installing the packages listed via conda. There is some sort of version error. The line in question is:
conda install jupyterlab ipykernel ipywidgets matplotlib nb_conda pandas scikit-learn seaborn shap tqdm
From what I can gather, as long as one can import the packages in code box 1 of the Part B in-class notebook, the workshop material should work. The relevant line is:
import sklearn, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, imblearn, numpy, shap, tqdm
